概述:YK系列臥式整體型高效節能瀝青加熱儲油罐,是為道路施工和養護單位設計的燃燒直熱式瀝青加溫儲存裝置。該瀝青罐集快速升溫、保溫、儲存為一體,巧妙利用瀝青快速升溫、排放余熱進入儲存罐保溫、升溫使有限熱能得到最充分的利用。
主要特點:該設備從使用單位的要求出發,一改傳統的設計流程,采用在瀝青儲存容器中對高溫區進行相對封閉,高溫部分進行蓄熱式主動保溫,熱能高度集中分級利用和提高熱效率的措施,實現了瀝青的加熱與預熱。高溫瀝青的產出與預熱瀝青的補充在封閉 狀態下等量、同步、自動進行。縮短了升溫時間,杜絕了瀝青的老化,簡化操作程序,降低了瀝青的生產成本。該設備構思新穎,操作簡單,性能穩定,整體可移,運輸方便,安裝不需構筑基礎,可直接放置在經簡單平整過的場地上即可點火生產。單套加熱只需要一人操作。
